- Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged. - Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service or modify it to fit within the remaining time slot. If rescheduling is needed, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. - No Call, No Show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice (no call, no show), you will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost.
